Our goal is to teach you how to operate a sailing or motor yacht up to 24 meters in length.
You can complete your training online and at our office in Riga (Latvia).
More than 1000 students from Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Russia, Spain, Germany, Canada and Norway have studied at our school.
Lectures are conducted in English and Russian.
Admission of students takes place all year round.
Theoretical training course, practical training and examinations are designed to take 35 academic hours and span 4 to 5 weeks.
Preparation for the exams, practical training and radio operator courses are mainly conducted individually.
Start date and time of classes are set according to the student’s preferences.
There is an option to study remotely using Zoom or Google Meet.
Exams are taken in English, Russian or Estonian and certificates are issued in person in the following Estonian cities: Tallinn, Tartu, Pärnu, Narva and Valga.

An international license to operate vessels up to 24 meters in length is issued by the Estonian government.
Citizens and residents of EU member states, as well as citizens of non-EU countries, can take the courses and obtain certification. Thus, citizens or residents of any country can obtain an international certificate.
The international certificate is recognized by all insurance companies when renting sailing and motor yachts.
According to Estonian law, the examination for operators of small vessels (up to 24 meters) consists of a theoretical part and chart work.
The operator’s examination is considered successfully passed if the candidate passes the chart work and correctly answers at least 85% of the questions in the theoretical part.
The small vessel operator’s certificate is valid for 10 years.
